I submitted I130 and I485 package while still on valid F1 OPT. Husband is USC and we have a small child together. The three of us attended the first interview (we were NOT separated) and the immigration officer said he had no doubt that we are in a bonafide marriage; shortly thereafter we received the approval notice in the mail. However, a month after the first interview we received a second interview notice. It asks to bring evidence of bonafide marriage such as W2's, utility bills, etc. (all which were already submitted in the application package). It also asks for the results of my medical exam which I already submitted. I am very confused and anxious about this upcoming second interview! Anyone have a similar experience?
