additional evidence for form I-485

Hi! Is there anyone here who were asked to submit additional evidence for the application for change of status? I followed everything on the list. But submitted the 2 affidavits only because I don't have ssn yet so we can't open an account or buy a property. Right now I am stressed waiting for the instructions.
