Hello,
When filling out the visa details of Part 3 of the I-485, I have the following question, which I haven't found answered elsewhere. I did my PhD in the US, graduating last May, and obtained OPT, on which I am presently working. (I recently married a US citizen, which is the basis of my application for AOS). I last entered the US 12 months ago on an F-1 visa, which has since expired, but my OPT began within the 60 day grace period and I have been in employment since, in accordance with the OPT rules. I just haven't left the country and so haven't needed to obtain a new visa. In Part 3, along with the last entry information, should I give the number and issue date/location of the old visa on which I entered, or just the number of the EAD card which is currently my authorization to remain in the country (it has no issue date/location)? Or would it be better to attach a continuation sheet and explain this in full?
Any advice greatly appreciated!
