WEDDING in 2month. i130 i485 now ??

Hi guys. I am gonna have a wedding at march 26,2013. We just got married 1 month ago when she was still holding valid VWP visa in her Japanese passport. Her VWP expired at Jan 6. I want to file all the files for her green card now but I am worry it would conflict with my wedding date.
Plz give me some suggestion.
I also heard we should apply it immediately after marriage. Can I wait until April for applying i130 and others ? Thank u
