I've got immigration medical exam. Everything was good. My doctor has filled I-693 form and signed it. But he didn't attach any vaccination report with I-693 (he's got them). Is that gonna be problem or not? Is USCIS looking for proof along with I-693? My friend did the exam with a different doctor and the doctor attached vaccination reports, tb test chest x-ray, etc. with I-693.

They need your vaccination report or it may delay your process. For my own understanding, any delay could cost u an extra month of your processing time. So, if you want to avoid delay do as exactly stated in the letter they sent to you and make sure u use fast delivery. Good luck

Did your doctor is approved USCIS sugeon?
Is he filled the form with all required information, did he did any blood test to verify you have got all required vaccination?
If he filled the form with all vaccine info, Tb and other things and he is the USCIS approved surgeon then no need to worry.
He gives you a sealed envelop, stamped with his name & address. Only USCIS can open the envelop.
How you know he didn't attached? did you open or you got a copy. ( For your copy he might not given you)
