do someone have answers?
The Situation:
My wife and I live in USA from 2007 and have had Visa J-1 and J-2,
In May 2012 I win the Green Card Lottery, now the Visa number is current (by KCC)
And we have apply for Adjustment of Status.
The Questions (I'm the petitioner and She is the beneficiary):
- Do we need fill the whole package of Status Adjustment forms 2x (both of us) and pay 2x $1070 = Status adjustment + work permit fee
or just me, and for her fill i-130 and pay 1x $1070 = Status adjustment + work permit fee + i-130 fee?
- She still has her job, but my work permit expired in October last year, so she is going to sponsor me.
Q: which Affidavit of support we need i-134 or i-864?
