I485 Pending more than 180 Days : EAD vs H1B Transfer New Employeer

Hi All,

I got my EAD on Mar 2012 from Company A , but company A said its better to be on H1B and ecxtended my H1B on SEP 2012 and currently i'm on 7 year of H1B with Validity period from SEP 2012- SEP 2015

My I 485 has been pending for more than 180 days
so

1) If transfer to new company B on EAD -

I believe my green card process filed by Company A will continue even after moving to Company B.
would there any problem even if my old employer A withdraws I 140 afterjoining Company B on EAD

2) let say if i transfer my H1b to new Company

Does my green card process filed by Company A will continue even after moving to Company B on H1B like if i move to Company B on EAD or Company B has to file my Labor,I 140 ,i 485 again but can use the earlier priority date

what happens if my i 140 is revoked after transfering to Company B on H1B , will that effect my I 485 in any way
