Hello there , My mother she become an America citizen .Can she file the petition I-130 to my step-sisters from my father side who live in Morocco to come to USA, and get green card .
Pls , can anyone help me .

As far as I know, If your step sister is not married and under 21 years old, your mother can file i-130 for her
