I am seeking some information regarding adjustment of status for my husband who is on B2 visa in US.
I am a US citizen and I had court marriage in November 2012 with my husband who is on B1/B2 visa (that was his 4th visit to US).
Since then, we went back to India and had religious ceremony in February 2013 over there. He came back with me in february after our ceremony (still on his B1/B2 visa) and he has stamp to stay until August 2013.
My question is can I file for I-130 and I-485 etc for him right now? Or do I need to wait 60 days? Any help or understanding on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
