AOS Interview .. Help!
I'm a 21 yr old US citizen and filed i-130 & i-485 for my mother.
We went to her AOS interview and she asked for a copy of my mother's birth certificate
that is in english bc the one on file was in spanish (dont know why bc we sent translated one!)
our attorney spoke with her and they came to a time agreement of bringing in the
document by 2PM that day. She was happy w the agreement bc she said "i dont want to put her case aside"
Until then she gave us a paper that says wait 60days for decision
two days later my i-130 was approved however it's been 3 weeks and i-485 is still under review
im very anxious and worried because i really want this for my mom!!
does anyone have or heard of any related experience? please help!
