I actually have two questions. The first one is, can I apply for a green card through marriage after I had already tried to get a green card through a parent? I never got my green card because I did not have my medical exam with me the day of the interviiew. I was asked to mail it . I never received any news about it. I was homeless at the time of the medical check upnd a drug user. I know I would have failed and being denied. I have not used drugs for nine years. ill my first medical exam instantly disqualify me? I'm so stressed out. Any help would be appreciated before I pay for a lawyer.

My lawyer said since it was only **** I was using I may still be able to adjust. Thank god. Wish me luck. I'm not applying through marriage. Just the same case as before. As long I was never convicted of selling or in possession of more than 30 grams of it. It was just personal and expiremental **** use. Is $7000 cheap for a lawyer?

Were you ever arrested for drug possession? For selling? It all has to do with your criminal record, or lack of it.
