Appointement notice

Hello everyone I received form I-797c for my appointement with my spouse for the interview for green card
With the form I received notice to applicant says if you have ever been arrested or detained.....
Bring the document and they are even talking about traffic violation. I don't understand why

I don't understand your point. IF you got an interview notice then it's common on that notice to state what to bring, the notice is not specifically addressing you.
If you have kind of violations, arrest you must take the disposition papers. If you don't have any such kind then don't worry just you two go with evidence showing the marriage is a valid and bonafide.
