Renewing expired AP and EAD.

I had returned to India from US in April 2009. Prior to leaving US, I was working full-time on EAD (green card base).

After 4 years, I am planning to go back to US for employment.

My I-140 has been approved. However, I-485 still pending. EAD and AP both got expired sometime in 2009/2010. H1B had long time expired, as well.

Can I renew my EAD and AP now from India after 4 years to re-enter US for employment?"
