I had a 140 approved under eb3 in 2007 with company A. I took a new job with company B under Eb2. Filed a concurrent 140/485. The priority date became current for my eb3, is it possible to apply for another 485? Company A has extended my job opportunity, but I will be working for company B in the meantime. Thoughts? Should I withdraw my eb2 as it is still under review?
