Travelling on H1-B during pending I-485

Hi,

I am currently on H1-B and my H1-B passport stamp is valid till September, 2013. I did not apply for Advance Parole along with I-130 and I-485 (family based).
I already had my visa interview 2 weeks back, I-130 was approved, still waiting for 485 to be approved.
Is it ok for me to travel to India and come back in June without the 485 process getting affected? Or do I have to apply for advanced parole?
I haven't started working on EAD, still with the H1-B sponsor.

Hopefully, GC will be approved before that but I don't want to take any chances.

As long as you have valid H1, you can travel and enter back on that. You don't need Advance Parole.

Thank You for the reply. If my 485 is approved when I am outside US, can I still re-enter US on H1? Or will this invalidate my 485?
