Help : Question about name of Birth certificate
As per indian tradition, my middle name is father's name and the same was on school leaving certificate due to which my passpost too has my father's name listed in Given Name section.
Passpost has name in following format: Given name: AAAA (my name) FFFF (My fathers name)
My name of Birthday Certificate is in following format: Firstname: AAAA (my name). Father's name is listed in Fathers name section on certificate.
Is this a discrepancy or is this acceptable? are there any chances of RFEs during 485 stage? Is it recommended to submit a affidavit in this situation?
