Hello Gurus,
I got email from USCIS on may 2nd, they issued RFE for my son , he crossed 14 years recently. who will get rfe notice, it is already 10 days now.I have appointed new attorney but they sent g-28 just on this monday. Previous attorney address is wrong ( she moved from this address ).
Now question is, who will get RFE notice? How can I get that to me or my new attorney? What will be the RFE for? My son is going to India on June 9th. Will I be complete the response by that time. Bit tensed.
