Hi all,
I came to US on L2 (valid till March 2014). Got L2 EAD and started working. My husband was on L1.
Employer filed for GC in March this year. We filed i485 with him but didnt file EAD at that time, assuming i485 for both will be approved together. My husbands i485 got approved but mine is still in pending. I am wondering about my status. I planning to apply for i485 EAD in 2-3 days but it might take some time to come (biometric etc). Can continue working on L2 EAD till then. Confuse. Please advise based on your knowledge or similar cases you are aware of. Thanks in advance for your
