My employer filed I-140 petition using LC from a former employee. When I inquired about concurrent I-485 filing, they told me that we cannot do it bec. the LC we used has a higher salary than mine, is this reason valid? Does anybody know of a good reference re: I-140/I-485 filing using LC substitution?

LC sub, I-140 and I-485 concurrent
I've filed for I-140 using LC Sub. The reason given by my lawyer to NOT file concurrently is: If for some reason my LC Sub/I-140 gets rejected, I-485 will also get rejected and its very difficult to get I-485 approved once its rejected, even if you get new I-140 approved.

I want to file for I-485 soon. Regarding medical test:
My wife is pregnant and is due in Feb 2005.
I don't know what all Vaccines have my wife and I had taken earlier in India.
Is there a test which tells, what all Vaccination has been done on a person?
What are my options? Please let me know.
