time for approval of I-130, while in 1990 I had already approved I-130 which revoked

I am and my family are in USA on B1/B2 Visa since Jan 2013
My elder brother filed a I-130 in 1990 which was approved already, but now it has been revoked in 1992
Now I want to re-apply for I-130
How much Time it will take to approve
My Visitor visa is going on to finish on July 2013
Should I stay with my family in United State or not or we have file a application for B1/B2 visa for extention first.
When should I file I-485. What should I do for first.
