I-130-Approved on 7th June 2011
NVC-Case complete Sept 24 2012
PD-Jan 24 2011
Cosulate Interview-30th May 2013
Opted for AOS and filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 and in Acceptance stage
Biometrics completed-4 th June 2013
My document are back to USCIS from US consulate india as i have opted for AOS.
Have received email from USCIS stating my case is in intial review. Am not sure why the I-130 case status which was in "Approved" state on 7th June 2011 has gone back to "Intial Review" stated quoting 10 June 2013 date. Could it be that i may receive another Biometrics Appt or an RFE?
Please give me your valuable inputs on this.....................................
