Change job after EB2 upgrade? 485 filed already
Hi,
After my 485 was filed in July 2007, I moved to same/similar job using AC21 in 2010. I moved again to another job using AC21 in May 2012. This current employer filed my PERM and I140 in EB2 and I140 was approved in Dec 2012. The approved I140 showed the old priority date of January 2007. So if I change jobs again now using AC21, will my 485 (the one filed in 2007) continue to be processed in EB2 when dates become current? Or does the future employer has to do the perm and i140 again in eb2?
