FBAS Greencard. I received my AP document so quick but what happen to my EAD?

It is your permanent resident it's conditional 2yrs.? Or permanent resident for 10yrs.?
Im happy for you because the processing of your GC is very fast.

Me, I need to wait my EAD and I wonder why after my biometrics I dont receive an approval notice from their online.
It two weeks i have not yet reveive my EAD that I need to work for my family. We're married for 17yrs to my USC husband and now we are financially need of income to support esp. My husband have cancer.

My husband filed my concurrently I-130, I-485, I-764, I-131. We submitted April 28, 2015 to USCIS.

I come here legally with B2 VISa because my husband works outside in the US for 30 yrs. He will come here to vote and some urgent or family emergency. Now, he returned to US because of his Cancer treatment because he had an insurance here in the US for his health issues. That's why I'm here to take good care of him and I'm qualified nurse and we filed my application for AOS so that I can work here for marriage based family Greencard.

Now, my problem why until now (2 weeks after biometrics) that i didn't receive any mail or text msgs about my EAD. I need to work immediately because we need to survive esp. We have a child.

I dont know if our application I-130, I-485, and I-765 are approve. I only receive now my Advance parole document, I was thought it will combine or together with your EAD ATM card.

All our application we complete with supporting documents like sealed medical and so on.

I dont even get my mail for the Interview appointment. I need my EAD card so that I will start searching or hunting a job. I only received my AP today but my EAD have not yet receive.

      Hi Tyra, hang in there

If 90 days has elapsed since your EAD receipt date, make an Infopass appointment at your nearest USCIS field office. Bring valid government-issued identification like a passport. Bring along your Form I-797C Notice of Action relating to the EAD application. Explain your situation to the officers. You may end up having to explain the situation to three different officers before getting to someone who can help, so be prepared to be calm and patient, and block of several hours of your day. Eventually someone will be able to give you a paper document or a passport stamp that will say you are authorized to work in the United States.

            green card interview Newark nj

Hi everyone. Just wanted to share my experience since this forum was so helpful to me thru my journey.
I applied for adjustment of status through marriage, my husband is American.
I sent all my paperwork on jan 8th 15, my fingerprint was scheduled for February 2nd, received my EAD card on March 2nd.
On May 1st my interview was scheduled for June 4th.
I prepared myself very well for the interview, had all the paperwork, photos and copies of everything. My scheduled time was 2:15, but we arrived early and had to wait to be checked in. We probably got called around 2:30.
The IO was a very serious Indian lady, I was already nervous but my husband was calm and put me at ease. There's no reason to be nervous at all, if you have all the documents just relax and you'll be fine. When you enter the room, stay put and wait for the oath ,They'll tell you when to sit down. She asked my for mine and my husbands birth certificates, divorce papers from our previous marriages, my passports and I-94. She was skeptical about my birth certificate because it's an updated version, since I lost my original one. She kept looking at it and searching for info online.
Then she turned to my husband and asked: does your wife work? Where? How does she get paid? When did she move in with you? Have you met her mother? What's her name? Where does she live? Does your wife have any siblings? How many? Younger or older?
Then she asked me if I had anything on both our names, I gave her our utility bills and bank statements. She asked if I had photos and I handed her our album. She looked thru it very quickly and took a few pictures out to put in my file.
She then took my I-94, asked me when did I enter the country, what was our address and proceeded to ask all the standard questions they ask everyone about criminal records and etc, just say no to all of them.
She then took my birth certificate and left the room. I was panicking because if i needed another form of B, it would take forever. She then came back and said she was going to accept it.
Then she said you're going to receive a response in the mail within two weeks, the green card is valid for two years since you haven't been married for two years yet. Then you apt for the 10 year one.
She escorted us out and that was it.
I was freaking out because even tho she didn't ask for much and barely looked thru our paperwork. She didn't say yes.
So yesterday (June 8th) I came home from work and found a letter from uscis sitting in the mailbox... It was the response saying I was approved and that my green card was being produced. It's such an emotional moment!!!
My process took 6 months from start to finish.
I wish everyone the best of luck, have patience and prepare yourself and you'll be fine!

When do they changed your status online ? Or send you txt msg ? I had my interview yesterday.. It was very nice and peaceful. The officer ( very nice lady ) she was super nice and funny she went thru all of my 300 pic's ( she said she love pics ) didn't ask too many questions .. Just how we meet.. and questions from yes or no form.. She said she will approved my case and she put some stamp on her paper.. She took my I-94 and like 10 pics.. Copy of tax and all of the other paper like joking insurance and stuff like that.. After all she told me that my card should come in the mail in 30 days.. And she will Update her computer later.. But I am
Worried because she gave me a paper with a note " your case is being held for review.. ( I read all of the people had they're status changed next day.. Mine didn't changed yet.. Still interview is scheduled.. Should I be worried ?
