GC question

Well I applied for labour in aug 31 2002 and I applied for adjustment of status in july 2004 both in nebraska service center
I got my EAD/AP in november 2004 and fringer prints are done eventually after that
I am planning to get married in october 2005
Is there any Risk?
Please let me know when I expect my GC
As i came to visas of EB3 category will be start issued in october

You can get married before your I-485 gets approved.
