I am a US Citizen. We recently got married and I am now planning to file for my husbands immigration.
My husband is currently outside the US. Can I still apply for the I-130, I-485 and I-765 all together? Or would I need to first file I-130, then wait for the I-797C and then file for the K-3 visa, then PR when he comes here? He does have a current and valid US Visitor visa for him to be able to come to the US.
I'd appreciate if someone could help me with this. This forum has been awesome and I have solved many of my queries here as well just by reading.
