Wife(Citizen) currently not working me(H1-B) need help with I894 and I894A form

Hello,
My Wife has moved with me and hence resigned from her previous job in a different state. I am confused with the I894 form filing. My Wife needs to fill the 894 and I need to file 894A. In form 894, am I the joint sponsor in this scenario. Also, I read in other posts, My wife and I have different State Licenses and we live in the third state. Will that cause us a problem in the interview stage?
