Eb1 help!

I applied for EB1 with Premium Processing, as my lawyer told me, more than a month ago. I still haven't received a receipt and the checks for I-140, I-485 and I-907 are still not cashed. Now I'm worried why is it taking so long, why I still didn't get a receipt? Thank you very much.
