I forgot to file i765 with my i485

I filed I485 and I130 concurrently but did not realize that I could file I765 for my EAD. I already did biometrics and was anxiously awaiting my EAD card but then, after reading on numerous online forums, realized I was supposed to file I765 as well. Can I still apply for it? Will I need to pay the fees since I already paid for I485 AND I130?

You can still apply and you don’t have to pay any additional fees. Just make sure, in addition to the other required docs you include your I-130 and I-485 receipt notices.
