Marriage-based GC interview -- employment-based still being processed

Hi

Background: I have my marriage-based GC interview coming up, everything is ready. At the same time, my employment based 485 is still being processed (priority date Nov 2009) -- it has been past 180 days since I got my EAD and Adv Parole, so I think I can use the AC21 in the worst case I lose my job

My question is: During my marriage based interview, would there be any harm in declaring that my employment based GC is being parallely processed? And that I applied for a marriage based GC for extra security?

they will deny you

As far as I know you cannt have two cases open at a time you will have to close one of them. Other wise they wipl deny you if you have applied thorugh marrige and job they will definitely deny your case unless you close one of them

In parallel. My question was if I should mention the employment based filing Or it is ok to not mention it at all if they don't ask about it. Because I am so close to employment based gc I think it actually strengthens my marriage case because it is being used as a safety net in case I lost my job.

My employer is aware of this parallel filing also.

Anybody else have any suggestions?

Marriage-based GC interview -- employment-based still being processed

Here is my story.
I have I 485 EB2 pending and EAD and AP through the same.
Also have applied I 485 through FB -- Marriage Based.
FB based AP and EAD denied as I already have one through EB2
Got interview through Employment Based I 485 and Priority date still not current.

If I withdraw I 485 through EB2 and don't go for interview, my AP and EAD will cancel.
I had an RFE for FB based Application and responded, but case is stuck at Review Response to RFE.

I am not sure what should I do? Any suggestion/ Similar situation?
