I am B1/B2 Visa holder. I was in USA during Oct12 to Mar 13. Being there I applied for adjustment of status. I have obtained advance parole, valid till Jan 14. Came back to India in Mar 13.
I485 is pending for review. As per the letter received from USCIS GC is expected by Jan 14.
Question is
Issue of advance parole means automatically my B1/B2 Visa is cancel and I have to Travel now to USA on advance parole only as same is must.
Or I can travel to usa on my b1/b2 visa without being considered as abandoned I-485.
