My priority date is Nov, 2007 (EB2) and I-140 got approved in July/August 2008.
I filed my I-485 in February 2012. My fingerprinting was done in March 2012. My case status, by mistake, has been showing 'Card/Document production' due to the glitch in USCIS's system (as per the mail from them) since 2012, when the dates were retrograded.
Now, since my date is current, when I call their customer service number to check my case status, their computerized message says
"The request to produce your new card has been returned to the office, that approved your case, because your case requires additional processing.
We will notify you by mail when additional documentation is required."
Has anyone experienced this? Is this normal in I-485 processing? How long would it take to get the GC?
