Hello, I have been searching for a similar case but I can't find much.
I have an H-1B, and my priority date for AOS is currently current. I should file my I-485 next week. I also married my fiancee last week who is currently on a F1. When I file for AOS, I would like to include her on the petition so the two of us can obtain Gren Cards at the same time as a family.
So far I have prepared the following documents for each one of us:
I-485 for both of us
Birth certificates with translations
2 Pictures for each of us
G-325A for each of us
EAD and Advance Parole for travel for each of us
marriage certificate for each of us
my employment letter on a letter head in each file along with my last four pay stubs
copies of our most current passports that have visas issued within last year with all stamped pages
my approved labor certificate and I-140 approval
Am I missing anything? I see that many lawyers are asking for three years work of tax returns and W2 forms, and also copies of all old passports, older visas with stamps, old I-94s and all I-797 letters. I have a lot of these as I have switched numerous visas over the past 15 years. Should I include all this as well or wait and see if the request any of this for additional evidence?
Is there any other form that I need to complete for my F1 spouse so she is included on my AOS petition?
Thank you very much and sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere.
