My parents have applied Adjustment of Status in US. They travelled to INDIA on March 14, 2013 after receiving their Advance Parole on January 4, 2013. They came back in August and their passport was stamped with B2 visa (their original visitior visa was still valid). Immigration officer has denied their application stating that they left USA without the Advance Parole approval and were not paroled into USA while coming back. What are our option for Motion? What happens in case the applicant forgot to show their advance parole card and enter as B2 visitor?

Kind of in the same situation!
I left the us, but my case has been approved with advance parole.. Denied entrance to us bc I didn't have card.( which I didn't know I needed)
Have been 2 months outside of us still waiting for. Card documentation
