I re-entered the US after a foreign trip in Jul 2012 and used my EAD/AP card for the same. At the port of entry, the officer stamped an validity date of “XX July 2013” along with “AOS” i.e. one year from the date of re-entry on the I94 attached to my passport.
My EAD/AP expired in the meantime in Jan 2013 and I applied for and received my new EAD/AP cards that are valid until Jan 2015.
Do I have to worry about the validity date of “XX July 2013” mentioned on my I-94 since I now have a renewed EAD/AP card with sufficient validity?
