pending aos, got arrested, have question
im pending aos, when i applied i didnt have anything on my record, i got arrested tresspassing, havent gone to court, there was no fingerprinting or anything, the city didnt have an ordinance for it so i got booked, either way it was stupid of me. was wondering how that would affect my case decision. legally, i had a clean record when i submitted my 485, but now im worried. thanks in advance
