My fiancee and I are getting married in a week. We are currently living with my parents. She is here on a J1 visa that expires the week after we get married and I am currently unemployed, but my parents want to sponsor my fiancee. Do we all need to fill out I-864s (Affidavit of Support)? Just my parents? How should we go about filling them out? I'm extremely confused. We have the I-485 and the I-130, etc. but what do we need to do exactly? Thanks for any help!
