Family name on I-130 and I-485

Hello,

Here is some background info..

I have known my wife for 4 years, we were married in the States 13 months ago... She is Czech and I am a USC... I am filing, i-130 and i-485 concurrently...

My question is this...

What should we use for her family name? Her maiden name as shown on her passport, or her married name as shown on our marriage certificate, or both?

I used my husbands name but then I still put my maiden name in my passport as other name used.
