  • I-485 Interview - Not Good

Hi All, i had my Adjustment of Status yesterday at the Houston Center, Texas. Unfortunately, the IO didn't give us any decision.
I am here on F1 visa, Anyway, we had an 11am appointment and got there at 10.45am. An officer took our appointment letter and exactly 11am he called us in and ushered us to his office. He brought out a file and started asking my wife questions on the I-130. She asked her about her details and then my name, date of birth, address where we live, what i do, my major etc. She got everything right. She asked me mine and i got everything right. She requested for documents and i gave him photos, bank statement and car insurance. He said that wasn't enough and i told him that's all i have. And he asked if i work and i replied no cos i don't have SSN. Then he said he was going to separate us. he asked me to go out and started with my USC wife. After 15 - 20mins, he called me and asked me where did i propose to my wife, what date. What we were doing when i proposed, what hand does my wife write with, what did she do on her birthday, when did she leave the house, when did she return home, when did i go to bed, have you met her mother(i said no) and he asked why.
After that, he gave me my passport and 1-94 back though when he asked for my i94 initially, he gave it back to me saying i already have a copy in the file. He concluded by saying i will need to review your answers and take a decision. Expect a letter in the mail and that was it.
What does this mean? I know it doesn't seem good. Need your advice.
