  • I 131 avanced parole

    Some background: age-21
Married for 2 years to US citizen
    22 weeks Pregnant

I've lived in the US my whole life, I am 21, therefore I was able to apply and was accepted for DACA.
2 months after receiving my work permit, but not for re-entry to the US, I applied for a travel permit advance parole (adjustment of status)I was accepted and received an i797 with receipt date of July 19, 2013, and notice date of August 20, 2013. I797 stated my advanced parole document was approved with valid dates from August 20, 2013- August 19,2014. I797 did not state any further needed documentation, but to "show this document to immigration officer when re-entering the US". On August 28, 3013, I traveled outside the US (I shouldn't have!)
In my attempt to re-enter the US, I was told my immigration officer I needed an i512 (card with picture stating at the bottom "advanced parole"), and i also needed a document looking like an i797 with my picture at the bottom.
I was a bit aggravated because I had no warning and no idea of any further documentation and wasn't going to be able to go back to my home.
about 2 weeks later of trying to figure out what happened, I recieve a letter from USCIS stating a request for evidence, which basically were 2 pictures of me. My status right now is on Sept 18,2013 they recieved my request for evidence, and after receiving ambiguous information due to my calls to uscis, I was finally told I needed to wait 60 days (nov 18) after sept 18 to receive a response from them.

Question: Is there a way, since my case is approved, that I can enter the US with some type of documentation, like humanitarian letter? I've been missing OB appointments, an I'm afraid out baby is not born in the US. and where I am residing tight now, is not very safe due to violence.

Question: when logging in to check my vas status online, the same "Request for Evidence Response Review" is set. Shouldn't it be under"Documentation Production" since my case is approved?

Question: At times, its seems like uscis staff and even my lawyer are a bit confused as to what documentation i specifically need, and i still need to wait about 3 weeks for nov 18, what documentation do I need due to case as DACA, and what should I do if it takes longer?

Thank you very much for your help!!
