I just got interviewed last week,the IO really nice,she didnt ask to much but she didnt approve me on the spot cause I am missing document need translation cause my lawyer forgot to submit that doc,but the IO told me,everything look good and ur approveble just wait about 30 days until they receive doc they want it should be done

U should get ur EAD/AP card around oct'30 or early Nov,cause normaly about two months after u submit ur docs,mine got exactly 2 months after I filed my docs,good luck !!

Oh I have another quick question, did they have to see ur original birth certificate? I sent in my copy with my documents. But I have heard they might want to see the original certificate.

Yes they'll ask u original birth certificate,married certificate n ur child birth certificate if u have one

Yes u better prepare as soon as u can cause i believe ur interview should be soon,and now just keep checking ur mail box to expecting ur EAD/AP card,lol,.Good luck!!

Quick question

I just got an approval for my EAD. But nothing on my I131. I thought they were going to be approved at the same time. My question, does the EAD/AP usually get approved together? Or when an EAD get approved first, how long does it take to approve AP??

I'm now super worried now, why didn't they get approved together???

How did u see u get approved?from check status online or by mail?if u see from online it's always EAD approved first but if u already received by mail normally both approval EAD/AP together in mail and combo card at same time.,if u see from online ur approved usually about 7-10days,.according my experience

It says here if you applied for both at same time, you will most likely recieve a combo card,

Their has been confusion as to what we will recieve.. SAME BOAT here.,

If I were you, I'd call uscis couple times and speak to different people, bc they will tell you different answers,..as to mine, they already found out its lost somewhere bc they made a mistake..

I'm so grateful for answering my questions..
I checked my i765 status online and said its in card production.
From what I read on the link the card i765includes the i131. But my I131 still says under review. (I'm kinda fearing that my i131 got denied?)

Don't worry should be ok,.few days after before u get ur card in the mail ur status online will change again .,and after u receive ur card ur I-131 online status will change approved..and u'll get ur combo card shortly,.conrats!!

Just an update, I got my travel visa approved. Delivered this morning, excited and nervous to get home and see if it's just a travel visa or combo card. When I spoke to the USCIS agent he said once one is approve then I won't have an update on the other one online. Weird!!! But ok!

Please I need a answer if anyone can help , I filled in my AOS in august, got accepted by august 8,2013 and did my biometric and got my Work and travel combo card October 16 since then have been waiting for interview letter it say texting an interview and have called 2 times but still said thesame thing to me, have be waiting more than a month now . Should I be worried applied from orlando Florida thanks .
