Withholding status a(10) looking for adjustment of status

Hello, currently I am in withholding of removal a(10) and I was looking for adjustment of this status to get a PR. I don't have undergraduate degree as well. I found one employer who is going to sponsor me for green card filing but I am in doubt whether my educational background comes to an issue? Please help me out if you have any idea other than this?
Any help would be much appreciated....
