I wasn't sure if this belonged in the F-1 visa area or not, so apologies if it does.
I'm currently in F-1 status--my last semester begins in the spring. I am currently employed with a department at my university for 20 hours a week per the requirement of my F-1. When I receive my EAD through AOS (marriage based), can I work 25 hours (general student maximum) on campus as my on-campus employer is offering this, while I look for off-campus employment? This, despite being an F-1 student at my university? My EAD is in production. If I have it on hand, can I work the same hours as other students is what I'm asking? Does anyone have experience with this?
