Will USCIS Process my 485

I applied for 485+EAD+AP on Sep 27th 2013 in EB2 India (PD was May 2008). I was scheduled for FP on 12th Nov 2013. I got EAD and AP approved on 26th Nov. Now in Dec 2013 VISA bulletin dates retrogressed. Will USCIS process my case or put it on shelf till dates open again.

Normally, even if the petition has been approved a change due to retrogression may stop everything. With family-based visas, your I-485 would not have been allowed to start if your priority date wasn't reached or retrogressed. I'm assuming the same would be true with your EB2 application.
