Hello,
We had interview this week..It didn't go well..my spouse's 485 might be denied ..so we are trying to go back to my H1b.
I was on H1b for 6 years 2006-2012. In Jan 2012 I got a notice that my H1 was revoked for not responding to a notice that was sent..But neither my employer nor my lawyer got any kind of notice..so at that time we chose not to respond to that letter and I worked on ead.
Now I want to go back to H1 (9 more months left)since we have very less hopes on my husband's 485.
Any Suggestions??
