Hello,
Here is my situation:
Is this something that any one has experienced...?
Have been married for 2 years as of this past Sept 17,2013. We are separated and
husband field for divorce. He got angry at me when I would not discuss divorce,
and parenting plan issues without having an attorney looking at it. I had an
appt at the Oakland Park immigration office on 7/29/2013 to find out the status
of the I-485 and he came . He said to me in the waiting room if I did not sign
and discuss the parenting plan with him, this would not go very well for me. I
got scared and I left the immigration office. He did not tell me what he did but
then I rec'd a letter in the mail saying that my I-130 had been revoked. My
attorney and I immediately filed a motion to reopen the case and sent in letters
etc. I got a letter this past weekend that they have denied everything
basically. This was denied because the petitioner withdrew the I-130. We have a
21 month old baby and we did get married in good faith. I don't know what to do
next. I have a 10 year old son also from a previous marriage. I am not sure if
I can self file. I have texts from his pretty much harassing me. I have a
letter from me to his attorney barring him from entering my house. It details
about 3-4 events where he was being very unkind/cursing etc to me in front of the kids. I
was seeing a therapist last year. Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks
