Hi there,
Thanks everyone for the ongoing help and great advice - I often read these forums for advice but haven't needed to actually ask a question until now!
I am currently in the US on a L-1B visa which expires 01/14/2014. I am married to a US citizen and we are about to file i-485 a i-130 for adjustment of status. I will also apply for advanced parole to travel for a business trip to London later in January.
My question is this - do I also need to complete form i-765 EAD in order to continue working whilst my adjustment of status is pending? i.e. do I need EAD to continue working past 01/14 whilst I am waiting, and also whilst I travel and return to the US under advanced parole?
