Here is a complex situation,
I have 2002 priority date approved labor and I-140 with company A. Since EB3 is not current i am unable to apply for I-485 with A.
With Company B i applied I-140 & I-485 as future employee using substitution labor in EB2 today.
1)Say if i get EAD with company B after 90 days. Do i have to leave company A??
2) Can i stop using H1 of company A and work there with company B's EAD.
Any help is appreciated
