You received the same standard interview letter that everyone receives, and unless "checked," the "children's birth certificate" evidence requirement is not a "hard" requirement for you to meet.

In addition, if the children you describe below are not a petitionable relationship to the principal applicant (you), then USCIS has no particular interest in those children's information.

Rayb thanks, just getting scared as the date is approaching reading other peoples views on these forum some saying if you came in with a B1/B2 visa have to wait 3 month before you can marry and file , I got married a day after I got to the Us which wasn't planned cos we both didn't know we will get married in the Us since we just went to the court to get information from that it leads to Us getting married same day and we filled our application the following month , now am so scared of the interview cos of these reason am just do worried ,

        Ramz,

I know that there is a common belief that a B2 conversion application based on marriage is a risky move, but my personal experience has been just the opposite. Years ago I actually discouraged a visa overstay gal from continuing with Adjustment process because I believed the same thing, and have since regretted giving her bad advice.

The reality of this procedure is that unless there is overwhelming evidence during an interview (by admission or otherwise) that marriage and remaining in the U.S. was the original plan, the reviewers are only interested in whether the applicant entered the U.S. with a valid visa.

One of the couples who provided me feed back were asked by the interviewer how long they had known each other, then approved the application.
