I came to USA IN 2010 and then i applied for political asylum in 2011! I had an interview with immigration officer in 2012 in march but he did not approve my case and gave it to the court! Then i had a court the same year and they told to come back to court again in 2015 in august! But i cant wait that long so i met a girl and i want to marry her. The thing i want to know is: can i cancel political asylum and switch it to marriage and get my green card like that? And if i do a marriage can i cancel the court in 2015? Or i have participiate on that too? If i can not cancel the court , will I be able to get my green card before the court? Thank you very much! I hope to get solution for my problem from you!
