My son married a woman from the Philippines on Dec 15 here in the US.They filed an I-485 and an I-131 at the same time while they were here. They had to leave the US because he works in the Middle East and a letter came today telling her to report to a local USCIS office in 10 days for her biometrics . Can she have this done at her home Embassy in Manila? Can I send the form in asking for it to be rescheduled there? They will not be able to come back to the US for 6 months and they have paid for the procesing.
